    Arabian Early 1/2 twist into a front somersault (3/4, 1, 1 3/4)
    Our Club Baby Fliffus 1 1/4 forward rotation from back with an early 1/2 twist to feet
      Back to back Usually 1 1/4 back somersault to back landing
    News Ball out 1 ¼ front somersault from back landing to feet
      Ball out Barani 1¼ forward rotation from back landing plus ½ twist in the end phase

      Blind The pupil does not see the bed until after the landing
    Courses Block The action of deliberately resisting any excess shoulder movement at the take off for a somersault
