We were awarded Gym mark status in March 2005, one of the first 5 in the region to achieve this British Gymnastics/Sport England status. To maintain this status, we have to prove that we have health, safety and student welfare facilities, adequate coaches at the correct level, helpers and volunteers to keep the sessions running smoothly, and a plan to further develop our club, students, volunteers and coaches, as well as many other requirements within the criteria. |

Trampolining is an excellent and fun way of keeping fit, toning muscles and gently increasing heart rate. It can be made as easy or as difficult as the person wants, and each student will progress and learn as much or as little as they wish to, at a pace suited to each individual. For those students serious about trampolining, we are a competitive club and take part in national, regional and local competitions. Every student will be encouraged to take part in the local level events, but those that wish to compete at a more serious level are invited to dedicated classes for extra practise on routines and moves to help improve neatness and gain marks at competitions. We are non profit making and rely heavily on our volunteers to keep our club running smoothly. We raise money throughout the year by doing parties, organising competitions, games and having open days. Check out our gallery to see how our club is run and see what we do. |
